ECIPAR:
in 1998 this CNA training office obtained qualification, according to
European quality standards. The services offered by Ecipar are:
high-grade solutions complying with the training and updating needs of
the enterprises; the constant presence in the professional training of
the young people willing to enter the labour market; the management of
provincial, regional national and community funds; the establishment
of new high-quality facilities in order to foster the enterprise
competitive power.

Professional training for the enterprises: careful research
of the training needs and arrangement of the courses according
to the sector and to the profession, aiming at improving the
quality of enterprises. It has been authorised by the Ministry
of Transport to take qualification courses for the workers of
the sector (dangerous goods etc.). Qualification courses for
particular skilled jobs (for instance welding).
- Innovating facilities: finance and
inspection, organisation and
human resources, strategy and marketing, quality (ISO 9000, VISION
2000, certification of the product), benchmarking.
- Constant
training to the enterprises, according to their goals and
plans (textile-clothing, metal and mechanical industry)
- Courses for
young unemployed.

EPASA: an
office established to aid workers (gratis) to deal with
the forwarding of pension claims (seniority, old-age
pensions, survivors, social matters) from the beginning
to the settlement. Additions and pension re-estimations.

Office
for the Assistance of associated enterprises:
is the Artisan Cooperative founded in Ferrara by the
contributing members on July 12th 1972. Through
Artigianfidi the enterprises may easily obtain short or long-term
secure credits, as a loan or leasing. The security actions, going from
50% to 90% according to the different kinds of action, may be used
when dealing with business, building and personal investments, with
credit consolidation an business liquid assets. The associated members
may easily benefit from the aids allocated by the Local Public Bodies
and by Local and Regional Provisions. |

Caldirolo: (real-estate company): management of the real estates
owned by CNA System. Real estate intermediation, supply and demand
management, real estate trading and renting (working-sheds for artisan
for commercial and industrial purpose, buildings). Finding of areas
devoted to the settlement of artisan business and trading enterprises.
